Room

The room is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Barmbek. It is about 21sqm in size, and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Another highlight is the balcony, which is located on the garden side and guarantees a beautiful view. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area. The spacious full bath offers enough space for all the necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are, like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat), included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

With its location between Uhlenhorst and Winterhude, the small district of Barmbek-Süd is very popular - and for good reason: the district not only offers good shopping facilities, such as the Hamburger Meile, restaurants and cozy corner pubs - here, thanks to the proximity to the Alster Lake and the city park, you can easily recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries at any time. This makes the location an absolute insider tip! The shared room is also suitable due to a good connection to the public transport network. The Dehnhaide underground station is about 200 metres away and can therefore be reached on foot. From here you can be at Hamburg Central Station in 15 minutes, with all its connections by local and long-distance transport.
