WG room in nice 3-person shared apartment - 11 sqm furnished with loggia to 01.12. in Hamburg Hamm

Hello dear seekers... We have a room available and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Julia (24) and Moritz (21). We study and follow our profession. In our free time we are active in sports. We like to go for walks, ski, play soccer or meet friends. Every now and then we also gamble or watch Netflix.

We would be happy to have a sympathetic and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another person for our relaxed, fun, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. Since we are on site at very different times or just knocked out from the day, we do not constantly squat on each other and the motto is "everything can but nothing must", if it fits ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Hamm. Nice and centrally located 3-person shared apartment. The room is about 11sqm and furnished. You can unpack and live without stress ;-) It is directed to the quiet side of the street, is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows and has a loggia. The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. In the bathroom, the bathtub invites you to relax.

You don't have to worry about the utilities, they are included in the rent, just like the access to TV, internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

Hamburg-Hamm is one of the most sought-after residential neighborhoods in the Hanseatic city. Be sporty in one of the oldest parks in Hamburg, the Hammer Park or the Jakobi Park or go shopping on the Hammer Steindamm. Here you will also find the most famous bookstore in Hamburg, called Seitenweise. In the immediate vicinity you will find various supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, banks, doctors and pharmacies for your daily needs. Hamburg's main train station, with connections in all directions, as well as the shopping centers Billstedt and the Wandsbek Quarree are very easy to reach. Caspar-Voght-Straße is a quiet side street of Sievekingsallee. It is a 5-minute walk to the Hasselbrook S-Bahn station. For motorists, the Horner Kreisel is close by, from where you can reach without a long drive through the city, the A1 and the A24 directly.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
