Furnished 9 sqm WG room with private balcony as of 01.12. in Hamburg Heimfeld, 5 minutes away from TUHH

Hello dear seekers. In our beautiful WG more rooms become free.... Phillip, Lena and Art are moving out and we are left with: Lucca, Nina and Alexis. Amelie and Anna (both moving in in October).

In our free time we like to do sports, are interested in cars and music, draw, read, take pictures, play video games or spend time with friends. Since many of us are not from Hamburg, we like to discover the city together, sit together in our big kitchen and cook and chat or even organize the one or other game night. In the house there are 4 other WGs with whom we also get along well. The landlord has set up a small barbecue house in the garden, which we also like to use in the summer. We are looking for sympathetic and open-minded people who have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you also bring one or the other hobby or join one of ours :)
We are looking forward to living together and the possibility to discover Hamburg together with you.

Room

The flat share is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street, in Hamburg Heimfeld.

The bright room has about 9 sqm, is furnished and has its own small balcony. The furniture includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror, lights and coat hooks. So you don't have to furnish anything and you don't have any furniture shopping stress ;-) Just unpack your suitcase and live. The large kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. The daylit bathroom has a large shower and offers enough space for needed utensils.

To relax, unwind or barbecue with friends, invites the own garden, which can be used by all residents of the house.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld in a particularly nice location, close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which is within walking distance.
The public transport connection is very good and the distances to the facilities of daily needs are short. Baker, pharmacy, doctors, banks, etc. are in the immediate neighborhood. For the big shopping trip you drive to the Phoenix Center in Harburg.
If you don't feel like having your own garden, you can reach recreational areas like the "Heimfelder Forst" and the "Meyers Park" on short distances from the apartment. By car you can reach the "Black Mountains" and the 'Haake' in a few minutes.
The S-Bahn station Hamburg - Heimfeld is also within walking distance and brings you in a few minutes, in the center of Hamburg.

Miscellaneous

You could imagine to fit into our shared apartment and are looking for a room for yourself alone. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
