Since this is a new shared apartment, you’ll have the chance to be part of it from the very beginning and help shape our shared living experience together with us. Whether it’s cooking together 🍝, a game night 🎲, a cozy evening on the couch 🛋️, or just good conversations over a cup of coffee ☕—we look forward to spending time together whenever it works out.

🏡 The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building—Wichertstraße 36, 3rd floor on the left—right in the heart of Berlin’s popular Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood ☕🌳

This is a 3-person shared apartment. The rooms are bright and feature high-quality flooring ✨.
The room is 13.5 square meters and is unfurnished, so you can decorate it exactly as you like 🛋️.

Thanks to the practical layout, you can easily combine sleeping, living, and workspaces here 💡.

In the built-in kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals together.
It’s equipped with:
a glass-ceramic cooktop + oven
a dishwasher
a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a cozy sitting area where you can eat, chat, or just hang out together ☕.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.

Utility bills? No extra charges!
They’re already included in the flat-rate rent—just like TV and internet (Wi-Fi) ✔️.

The apartment is currently being renovated, so you’ll move into fresh, modernized spaces.
