We’re looking for a nice person to join our shared apartment who’d like to help us create a cozy and beautiful home together. 🏡

In our free time, we like to stay active, are into makeup 💄, enjoy hanging out with friends 🥂, and love relaxing evenings at home just as much. 🛋️

Since this shared apartment is brand new, you’ll have the chance to be part of it from the very beginning and help shape our shared living experience together with us. 🫶

Whether it’s cooking together 🍝, a fun game night 🎲, a cozy evening on the couch 🛋️, or just good conversations over a cup of coffee ☕—we look forward to spending time together whenever the opportunity arises.

But it’s just as important to us that everyone has their own space and can enjoy some peace and quiet now and then. 🌿
We’re not looking for a typical “functional” shared apartment, but rather a friendly, relaxed, and laid-back home.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building at Wichertstraße 36, 3rd floor on the left—right in the heart of the popular Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood.
Here you’ll find a cozy three-person shared apartment with bright rooms and high-quality flooring. 🏡

The available room is 26.5 m² and comes unfurnished, so you can design and furnish it exactly the way you want. 🛋️
Thanks to the practical layout, the sleeping, living, and work areas can be flexibly combined. 🛏️

In the modern built-in kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals together and enjoy cozy evenings. 🍝
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. 🍳
There’s also a cozy sitting area where you can eat together, chat, or just relax and hang out. ☕

The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. 🧺

And best of all: there are no additional utility costs! 🙌
TV and internet, including Wi-Fi, are also included in the flat-rate rent. 📶

This new shared apartment at Wichertstraße 36, 3rd floor on the left, is located right in the heart of Berlin’s popular Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood 🌿.
The location is a real highlight, with charming historic buildings and plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants just around the corner ☕. You’ll also find shopping options and everything you need for daily life just a few minutes’ walk away 🛒.
