Our shared flat is a newly founded one - that means: everyone moves in at the same time and we start a new chapter together! 🏠✨

So you have the chance to be there from the start and help shape life in the shared flat. Whether it's cooking evenings together 🍝, or simply a cozy evening on the couch 🛋️

It's important to us that we don't want a functional shared flat thing, but a friendly, relaxed atmosphere 🫶 We're looking for lovely people who are open-minded, get along well and have a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼🧽.

🏡 The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building - Wichertstraße 36, 3rd floor left is located in the middle of the popular Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg ☕🌳

This is a 3-room shared flat. The rooms are bright and have high-quality flooring ✨.
It is unfurnished, so you can furnish it entirely according to your own ideas 🛋️.
Thanks to the practical layout, you can easily combine sleeping, living or working areas 💡.

Room 1 = 20 sqm and 849 EUR
Room 2 = 26 sqm and 899 EUR
Room 3 = 13.5 sqm and 769 EUR

🍳 In the fitted kitchen you can conjure up delicious dishes together 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳.
It is equipped with:
🔥 a ceramic hob + oven
🍽️ a dishwasher
🧊 a large fridge with freezer compartment
🥗 and a cozy seating area where you can eat together, chat or just hang out ☕🗨️.

🛁 The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

💸 Additional costs? There's nothing extra!
They are - just like TV, Internet (LAN & WLAN) - already included in the all-inclusive rent ✔️.

The apartment is currently still undergoing some 🛠️ work - the pictures in the ad are therefore not entirely up-to-date 🖼️. However, you are welcome to view the apartment in person or online at your leisure 😊! There will be a bit of work going on until you move in

The new shared flat at Wichertstraße 36, 3rd floor left, is located in the middle of popular Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg 🌿.
The location boasts charming old buildings, many cafés, bars and restaurants just around the corner ☕🍕. You can also find shops and all your daily needs within a few minutes' walk 🛒.

U-Bahn: U2 - Schönhauser Allee (5 minutes on foot)
S-Bahn: S41/S42 Ringbahn - Schönhauser Allee

Bus lines: 156, 250
This will get you to Berlin city center super fast - e.g. in about 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and in about 20 minutes to the main train station.
