We’re Bashar (30, construction foreman), Mohamed Amine (21, apprentice), and Michael (27, gardener), and we have a room opening up. 🏠

We value a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone has their own space, and of course, you’re not obligated to do things together 24/7. 🙌 Still, we always enjoy cooking together, hanging out, or spending a relaxing evening on the balcony. 🍳

Tidiness and cleanliness should come naturally to you. ✨ We have a cleaning schedule to ensure everyone feels comfortable. 😊

Room

The shared apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained apartment building. 🏠

The four rooms, the bathroom, and all other areas of the apartment were completely renovated to a high standard in 2018. 🔧

The 10 m² room is rented fully furnished and features large windows that flood the space with beautiful natural light. 🛏️

Especially convenient: The flat-rate rent already includes all utilities such as heat, electricity, and water—so there are no additional costs. 💶

A washing machine is available in the basement. 🧺

Digital amenities are also well taken care of: High-speed internet via LAN and Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire apartment. 📶 Additionally, a TV connection and a phone line with a landline flat rate are available.

🌳 Location & Surroundings: The shared apartment is located on a quiet side street near Essen University Hospital. It’s only about 3 km to downtown Essen—so it’s quick and easy to get there!

🚉 Excellent public transportation connections:
All stops heading toward the hospital, downtown, and Bredeney are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Train stations: Savignystraße · Planckstraße · Gemarkenplatz
Tram stops: Planckstraße · Rubenstraße

🛍️ Shopping & Daily Life: The Holsterhausen center, with its numerous shopping options, doctors’ offices, government offices, kindergartens, elementary schools, and high schools, is within easy walking distance.

🎭 Culture & Leisure: Essen’s cultural highlights—the Opera House, Schauspielhaus, Philharmonic Hall, and museums—are also easily accessible. The surrounding area also offers plenty of green spaces, cafés, and recreational opportunities—perfect for relaxing after college or work 🌞.

🚗 Transportation: The A40 is practically right around the corner, and the A52 (Rüttenscheid exit) is just a few minutes’ drive away.
