We’re Bashar (30, construction manager), Michael (27, gardener), and Mevlüt (31, Amazon delivery driver), and we have a room opening up. 🏠

We value a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone has their own space, and of course, you’re not obligated to do things together 24/7. 🙌 Still, we always enjoy cooking together, hanging out, or spending a relaxing evening on the balcony. 🍳

Tidiness and cleanliness should come naturally to you. ✨ A cleaning schedule is simply part of our routine so that everyone can feel comfortable. 😊

Room

The room measures 16 m², is beautifully flooded with light through the large windows 🌞, and is offered unfurnished.

The shared apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained apartment building 🏠. The four rooms, the bathroom, and all other areas of the apartment were completely and high-quality renovated in 2018 🔧✨.

Utilities such as heat, electricity, water, etc., are not charged separately—everything is already included in the flat-rate rent. 💶
There is also a washing machine in the basement.

Also included: high-speed internet (LAN & Wi-Fi) throughout the apartment 🚀, as well as TV and phone access, including a landline flat rate. 📺

Location

🌳 Location & Surroundings: The shared apartment is located on a quiet side street near Essen University Hospital. It’s only about 3 km to downtown Essen—so it’s quick and easy to get there!

🚉 Excellent public transportation connections:
All stops heading toward the hospital, downtown, and Bredeney are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Train stations: Savignystraße · Planckstraße · Gemarkenplatz
Tram stops: Planckstraße · Rubenstraße

🛍️ Shopping & Daily Life: The Holsterhausen center, with its numerous shopping options, doctors’ offices, government offices, kindergartens, elementary schools, and high schools, is within easy walking distance.

🎭 Culture & Leisure: Essen’s cultural highlights—the Opera House, Schauspielhaus, Philharmonic Hall, and museums—are also easily accessible. The surrounding area also offers plenty of green spaces, cafés, and recreational opportunities—perfect for relaxing after college or work 🌞.

🚗 Transportation: The A40 is practically right around the corner, and the A52 (Rüttenscheid exit) is just a few minutes’ drive away.
