The shared apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. 🏡

The room listed here is 8 square meters and is rented out furnished, so you won’t have to haul your own furniture. 🛏️

All four rooms, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, have been extensively and completely renovated. 🛠️ The apartment features beautiful hardwood floors and a particularly spacious bathroom. 🛁

In addition, the landlord provides the roommates with a washing machine in the bathroom for free use. 🧺
You can park your bike in the courtyard ✅.

There are no additional utility costs, as these are already included in the flat-rate rent. 💶 Internet with a network connection and Wi-Fi are also included. 📶

Subway: The Rüttenscheider Stern station is only about a 4-minute walk away. From there, you’re right on the popular “Rü”—right in the heart of Rüttenscheid.☕

Tram: The nearest tram stop, Zweigerstr., is just a 2-minute walk away.

Shopping: REWE, Aldi, a pharmacy, a produce store, and many other shops are located on Rüttenscheider Straße—just about a 7-minute walk away. 🛍️

University: It takes just about 15 minutes by subway to get to the university from your front door (subways run every 10 minutes ⏱️).

Recreation: Nature is right nearby, too! Grugapark is just 1 km away and about a 13-minute walk. 🌿
