Rent rooms in Sternschanze! Unfurnished, 4P WG, old building with a balcony

Hey, we are Vincent (26), Tajeb (24) and panic (27) and we moved in together recently. Our goal is, that it is not the purpose of the community, but want to have a nice life of people that work well together, sympathetic and open-minded, and a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine, dishwasher is available).

Hey, we just recently moved into this great apartment and unfortunately, our roommate lived only for a short time here, which is why a room is free :)

It is not what is better white: The apartment or the location.

The rent is located in the most popular district in Hamburg for young people: the Schanzenviertel :D The building is surrounded by trees in a quiet side street, but the best streets for Shopping, coffee drinking, lying, and only a 7-minute walk away (the shoulder blade)

The Interior of the apartment but should inspire as well as the location: beautiful historic building with high Ceilings, plank flooring, high quality refurbished bathroom and kitchen by the carpenter. The common rooms were newly furnished and times of a fridge, a washing machine or dishwasher breaks, will be taken care of.

In addition to costs incurred and are included with the rent. As well as access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and a telephone (incl. Fixed Flat).

Location

Located in the hill district, one of the most sought-after district of Hamburg, for young people, and yet in a super quiet street. You need to walk ca 7Minuten on the shoulder blade (Shopping and nightlife street) 8 minutes to the S-Bahn Holst road (S11, S21, S31), as an alternative to the bus lines M3, M20, M25, 180, 183, all are in close proximity to the WG.

Holst street -> Berliner Tor = 10 minutes
Holst street -> station = 7 minutes
Holst street -> Jungfernstieg = 14 minutes
Holst street -> Dammtor = 5 minutes
Holst street -> Altona = 4 minutes

If you have interest and for at least 6 months and want to stay you look at the room, it is best just to live. Cool like, we are happy to meet you.
