A room is becoming available in our cozy shared flat - and maybe you'll be our new member! 😊

Leonie (26), Daria (21) and Sam (24) are staying with us. We all work and like to be active in our free time - whether it's baking, doing sports or taking creative time out. 🍰💪🎨

To switch off, we read, knit or play 🧶📚📚 and sometimes end the evening relaxing together with a glass of wine or beer. 🍷🍺✨

For us, cooking together is simply part of it - we are not a functional shared flat, but value a harmonious, friendly coexistence where everyone is welcome and should feel comfortable. 🤗💛

Room

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building, very close to the lively Schanzenviertel district - perfect for discovering the many cafés, bars and restaurants in the area. ☕🍔🍹

The room on offer is approx. 23 m² in size, unfurnished and wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows. ☀️ This allows you to design it entirely according to your own ideas.

The fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy seating area invites you to cook and play games together. 🍝🃏

A bathtub awaits you in the spacious bathroom - ideal for relaxing after a long day. 🛁

The all-inclusive rent already includes all utilities as well as internet (WiFi & network connection), TV and a telephone with landline flat rate. 📶📺☎️

We are looking for an open-minded person who wants to live together in harmony and is happy to contribute to the shared flat. 🤗💬

Location

The apartment is in an absolutely central location - just a few minutes' walk from the popular Hamburg Schanze. 🏙️✨

The streets Schulterblatt, Schanzenstraße, Susannenstraße and Bartelsstraße form the heart of this pop-cultural district: here you will find cool record stores, small boutiques to browse 🎧👗 and many cozy cafés and pubs that invite you to linger. ☕🍻

You are also well catered for culturally: the Rote Flora is almost on your doorstep 🎭, and many other exciting places are within easy reach.

Schanzenpark and Wohlerspark with their large green spaces 🌳🌿 are popular meeting places for sports, picnics or simply relaxing hours outdoors. Planten un Blomen and the Hamburg DOM are also not far away. 🌼🎡

The Holstenstraße S-Bahn station is only around 600 meters away 🚉 - from there you can reach Dammtor station in just a few minutes. From there it is about a 7-minute walk to the Audimax of the University of Hamburg. 🎓

The city center, Planten un Blomen and the university are only around 5 minutes away by train. Alternatively, you can easily cover all distances by bike. 🚲💨
