A room is becoming available in our cozy shared flat as Zulaika is moving out - and we're looking for you! 😊

Leonie (25), Julia (29) and Clara (19) are staying with us. We all work and like to spend our free time being active - whether it's doing yoga, dancing or cycling. To relax, we read, knit or play games and sometimes end the day together with a glass of wine or a beer. Cooking together is simply part of it for us - we are not a functional flat share, but attach great importance to living together in harmony and friendship.

Room

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building on the edge of the Schanzenviertel.

The approx. 10 sqm room faces the green inner courtyard and offers a quiet atmosphere. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own ideas.

The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and a cozy seating area, which is perfect for evenings together. The spacious bathroom invites you to relax with its bathtub.

There are no additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network & WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The apartment is located in an absolutely central location just a few minutes walk from the very popular Hamburg "Schanze".
The streets Schulterblatt, Schanzenstraße, Susannenstraße and Bartelsstraße form the center of the pop-cultural district, whose trendy record stores and boutiques invite you to browse, pubs and cozy cafes to linger.
Cultural institutions, such as the red Flora, are also located in the immediate vicinity.
The Schanzenpark, as well as the Wohlerspark, with large green areas are popular leisure and sports meeting places for young and old. Also Planten un Blomen and the Hamburg DOM is not far away.

Via the S-Bahn stop "Holstenstrasse", which is about 600 meters away, you can reach the train station Dammtor in just a few minutes by car. From here it is about 7 minutes walk to the Audimax of the University of Hamburg. you can reach the city center, Planeten un Blomen and the University of Hamburg in only about 5 minutes. Alternatively, all routes can be easily covered by bicycle.
