We are Vincent (26), Vanessa (25) and Janik (27). We are working and do not live in a community of purpose. We are looking forward to a person who is sympathetic and open-minded to drink or cook one or the other beer or wine together, to organize a game evening or to start a series marathon. A few more information about us: We are sporty and are enthusiastic about tennis, skiing, cycling and jogging, among other things. In addition, we like to meet with our friends and are interested in photography

Room

The apartment is a total of 90 square meters and is located on the 3rd floor of an old apartment building on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. The room is about 13 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area. The day-exposed full bath offers enough space for required utensils. In addition, the WG has a guest toilet.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The apartment is located in an absolutely central location just a few minutes walk from the very popular Hamburg "Schanze".
The streets Schulterblatt, Schanzenstraße, Susannenstraße and Bartelsstraße form the center of the pop-cultural district, whose trendy record shops and boutiques invite you to browse, pubs and cozy cafés invite you to linger.
Cultural institutions, such as the rote Flora, are also in the immediate vicinity.
The Schanzenpark, as well as the Wohlerspark, with large green areas are popular leisure and sports meeting points for young and old. Also Planten un Blomen and the Hamburg Cathedral is not far away.

Via the S-Bahn stop "Holstenstrasse", which is about 600 meters away, you can reach the Dammtor train Station in just a few minutes by car. From here it is about a 7-minute walk to the Audimax of the University of Hamburg. you can reach the city center, Planeten un Blomen and the University of Hamburg in just about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can also cover all the paths well by bike.
