Moin to all. In our beautiful 4-person shared apartment a room becomes free and we are looking for you...

We are Julia (27), Niklas (29) and Katharina (25). We are all working and like to meet friends in our free time, are active in sports like gymnastics, yoga, dancing or biking and knit, gamble or read to come down. Sometimes we sit together in the kitchen and let the day end together.

We don't want a community of convenience, but a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. More members for our relaxed, fun, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together sometimes have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together.

Room

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. The room is about 10 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. The spacious bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The apartment is located in an absolutely central location just a few minutes walk from the very popular Hamburg "Schanze".
The streets Schulterblatt, Schanzenstraße, Susannenstraße and Bartelsstraße form the center of the pop-cultural district, whose trendy record stores and boutiques invite you to browse, pubs and cozy cafes to linger.
Cultural institutions, such as the red Flora, are also located in the immediate vicinity.
The Schanzenpark, as well as the Wohlerspark, with large green areas are popular leisure and sports meeting places for young and old. Also Planten un Blomen and the Hamburg DOM is not far away.

Via the S-Bahn stop "Holstenstrasse", which is about 600 meters away, you can reach the train station Dammtor in just a few minutes by car. From here it is about 7 minutes walk to the Audimax of the University of Hamburg. you can reach the city center, Planeten un Blomen and the University of Hamburg in only about 5 minutes. Alternatively, all routes can be easily covered by bicycle.
