In my free time, I’m very active and love going to the gym 💪, rock climbing, and playing volleyball ⚽🏐. But quiet moments are important to me too—like when I’m cooking 🍳. Of course, day trips, going out, and hanging out with friends are also part of my daily life. 🌍✨

I’m looking for someone who’s up for embarking on an adventure together! I don’t want this to be just a functional shared apartment, but a home where we can chat, laugh together, and simply enjoy our time. 😊

Cozy room in a quiet location in Altona-Nord 🌿

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept apartment building, in a quiet street in beautiful Altona-Nord - perfect to retreat and at the same time have everything important nearby.

The 13m² room is unfurnished, so you can arrange it to suit your taste 🛋️

The classic-style kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a gas stove, a fridge with a large freezer compartment and a small seating area for cozy get-togethers. 🍳🥘 From the kitchen, you can access the balcony, which can be used by all residents - ideal for relaxing evenings or a little time out. 🌞

The bathroom is simple, practical and offers you a bathtub to relax in after a long day. 🛁

There are no additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV and internet (network & WLAN). 📶

Location

The location in Altona-Nord is really hard to beat 😍 Everything you need for everyday life is practically on your doorstep 🛒☕ And thanks to the excellent bus and train connections 🚇🚉 you can get anywhere quickly from here - whether to work, university or the next meeting with friends.

The Emilienstraße subway station and Holstenstraße S-Bahn station are just a few minutes' walk away 🚶‍♀️

The popular Osterstraße in neighboring Eimsbüttel attracts visitors with its many cafés, restaurants and small stores 🍽️🛍️ - and of course the annual Osterstraße festival 🎉 The famous Schanzenviertel with its cool meeting places, bars and cultural offerings (e.g. in the Neue Flora 🎭) is also just a stroll away.

And if you want to take a short break in the countryside 🌳: Alsenpark is just around the corner - perfect for taking a deep breath or a short break outdoors 🌞
