We are setting up a new shared flat for 3 people in Altona.

As you all move in at the same time, you have the change to start a new shared flat life... We would like it not to be a purposeful shared flat, but to find nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in beautiful Altona-Nord

It has 3 rooms, which are spread over approx. 52 sqm and have been freshly renovated. The classic-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge with large freezer compartment and a small seating area. From the kitchen you can also access the balcony, which can of course be used by all residents. The bathroom is simple, practical and has a bathtub. Two of the light-flooded rooms are fairly identical and slightly rectangular in shape. As they are rented unfurnished, they measure 13 and 14 square meters and are therefore ideal for furnishing. The third room is a little more compact at 6.5 square meters and will be furnished by us.

The monthly rent is 699,- Euro for each room.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The attractive location in Altona Nord is hard to beat. Everything you need for your daily needs is practically on your doorstep and with first-class public transport connections, you can reach any destination quickly from here. The Emilienstraße subway station and Holstenstraße S-Bahn station are just a few minutes' walk away. The popular Osterstraße in neighboring Eimsbüttel, with its diverse range of restaurants, cafés and small stores, as well as the annual Osterstraße festival and the famous Schanzenviertel, with even more trendy meeting places and cultural offerings, e.g. in the new Flora, are also in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. The Alsenpark is just around the corner for a short excursion into the countryside.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving into one of the rooms alone and have no pets. Then please send us an email with a short description of who you are and have a look at the room.
