The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained apartment building in northern Hamburg-Altona and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Holstenstraße S-Bahn station 🚉—perfect for a hassle-free start to your day 🙌

The room is 14.5 square meters and, thanks to the large windows, is pleasantly flooded with natural light 🌞 Since the room is unfurnished, you can design and furnish it exactly as you like 🛋️

The functional kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want, including a washing machine 🧺—everything you need for everyday life 👍

The bright bathroom with natural light features a shower 🚿 and offers plenty of space for all your essential bathroom items 🧴

Utilities & Extras
There are no hidden costs—utilities, TV, internet, network, and Wi-Fi are already included in the rent 📶 Just move in and make yourself at home

The apartment is currently undergoing its final touches and is being completely renovated with great care—soon it will shine in new splendor 😊✨

Location

Prime location in Altona—right in the heart of it all! 🏙️

The well-known Stresemannstraße runs through the northern part of Hamburg-Altona—one of the city’s liveliest and most densely populated neighborhoods 🌆.

Here, you’ll find everything you need right around the corner: At the nearby Mercado 🛍️ or in the trendy Schanzenviertel ☕, you can shop, stroll, and dine to your heart’s content. And right nearby is the “Neue Flora” musical theater 🎭, which houses a large Edeka supermarket 🛒—convenient for your weekly grocery shopping!

The public transportation connections are excellent 🚉: In just about a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Holstenstraße S-Bahn station (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31)—perfect for getting around Hamburg quickly and easily. There are also several bus stops 🚌 right nearby.

And thanks to the central location, you can easily get around on foot or by bike—enjoy a relaxed stroll through Altona!
