We have a room available - and maybe you're the missing piece of the puzzle! 🧩✨

As one of our flatmates is moving out, two of us are staying behind: Skyler (20) and Charlotte (21). We both work and prefer to spend our free time with friends - whether in cafés, bars or relaxing in the park ☕🌿. We like to travel, lose ourselves in good books 📚✈️, go to the movies 🎬 and explore the world.

We also like to get creative in the kitchen - cooking and baking are definitely some of our favorite activities 🍝🧁.

We are looking for an open, friendly person who enjoys a warm and relaxed atmosphere - and maybe even has a new favorite recipe or an exciting hobby 😊💛.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building - in the middle of beautiful Altona-Nord 🌿🏙️.

The room is approx. 8 sqm in size and ready to move into 😊. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase, because it is already fully furnished: Bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps, mirror and much more are at your disposal 🛏️.

The classic-style kitchen has everything you need: a gas hob, a fridge with a large freezer compartment and a small seating area in the form of a bar 🍳🧊. From here you also have direct access to the balcony, which can of course be shared by all residents 🌞.

The bathroom is simple, practical and equipped with a bathtub - perfect for relaxing 🛁.

There are no additional costs. They are already included in the all-inclusive rent - just like TV, Internet (LAN & WLAN) and telephone including landline flat rate 📺📶📞.

Location

The location in Altona-Nord is simply unbeatable - here you really do have everything right on your doorstep 🏙️✨. F

or your daily needs, you will find shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, and thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can get everywhere quickly 🚆.

The Emilienstraße subway station and Holstenstraße S-Bahn station are just a few minutes' walk away. The popular Osterstraße in neighboring Eimsbüttel is also very close by: with many restaurants, cafés, small stores and the annual Osterstraße festival - always a highlight 🍽️☕🎉.

The famous Schanzenviertel district with its trendy meeting places, bars and cultural offerings - such as the Neue Flora - is also just a stroll away 🎭🌆.

And if you need some nature in between, the Alsenpark is just around the corner 🌿🌞.

If you feel that our shared flat suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to stay for at least 6 months, we would love to hear from you 😊.

It is also important that you move in alone and do not bring any pets 🐾❌.
