We have a vacant room and are looking for you.
Our roommate is moving out, leaving Lotte and Charlotte. We both work and like to spend our free time with friends and enjoy going to cafés, bars or simply to the park together. We love to travel. At the moment I also enjoy reading and love going to the movies or museums. I like cooking and baking, preferably with friends. I love listening to music and I also enjoy going for walks. I also like sport (but that changes quickly), so I prefer to go to the gym. Lotte is also interested in acting and likes to go skiing.

We are looking for a new person who fits in with us and brings along one or the other recipe or hobby ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in beautiful Altona-Nord

The room is approx. 8 square meters in size and can be occupied immediately after unpacking the suitcase, as it is already equipped with furniture such as bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps, mirror... is already equipped. The classic-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge with large freezer compartment and a small seating area in the form of a counter. You can also access the balcony from here, which can be used by all residents.
The bathroom is simple, practical and has a bathtub.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The attractive location in Altona Nord is hard to beat. Everything you need for your daily needs is practically on your doorstep and with first-class public transport connections, you can reach any destination quickly from here. The Emilienstraße subway station and Holstenstraße S-Bahn station are just a few minutes' walk away. The popular Osterstraße in neighboring Eimsbüttel, with its diverse range of restaurants, cafés and small stores, as well as the annual Osterstraße festival and the famous Schanzenviertel, with even more trendy meeting places and cultural offerings, e.g. in the new Flora, are also in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. For a short trip into the countryside, Alsenpark is just around the corner.
