We have a room becoming available and we are looking for you.
Our roommates are moving out, leaving Lotte (20) and Charlotte (21). Both working and prefer to spend our free time with friends and enjoy going to cafés, bars or simply to the park together. We love to travel. We also enjoy reading and love going to the movies or museums. Cooking and baking are among our strengths.
We are looking for a new person who fits in with us and brings along one or the other recipe or hobby ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in beautiful Altona-Nord

It has 3 rooms, which are distributed over approx. 52 sqm and have been freshly renovated. The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator including large freezer and small sitting area. You also have a balcony from the kitchen. The bathroom is simple, practical and with a bathtub. Two of the light-filled rooms are quite identical and square in shape. With 15.5 and 15.5 square meters, they have wonderful dimensions to set up. This can be done entirely according to your own wishes and needs, as they are unfurnished. The third room is with 7,5 sqm a little more compact and will be provided by us furnished (see example picture).

The monthly rent is 739,- Euro for all rooms.

There are no additional costs. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The attractive location in Altona Nord is hard to beat. Everything you need for your daily needs is practically on your doorstep and with first-class public transport connections, you can reach any destination quickly from here. The Emilienstraße subway station and Holstenstraße S-Bahn station are just a few minutes' walk away. The popular Osterstraße in neighboring Eimsbüttel, with its diverse range of restaurants, cafés and small stores, as well as the annual Osterstraße festival and the famous Schanzenviertel, with even more trendy meeting places and cultural offerings, e.g. in the new Flora, are also in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. For a short trip into the countryside, Alsenpark is just around the corner.
