We have a room available - and maybe you are the missing piece of the puzzle!

As one of our flatmates is moving out, the two of us, Isabelle (27) and Charlotte (21), are staying behind. We both work and prefer to enjoy our free time with friends - whether in cafés, bars or relaxing in the park. We love to travel, browse through a good book, go to the movies or stroll through museums. We also like to be creative in the kitchen: cooking and baking are definitely among our strengths!

We are looking for an open-minded, friendly person who enjoys a relaxed, cordial get-together - and perhaps also has a new favorite recipe or exciting hobby. :-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in popular Altona-Nord - central, lively and yet relaxed.
Your room is approx. 15.5 m² in size, wonderfully bright and offers you plenty of space to furnish it to your taste - because it is unfurnished.

The kitchen has a classic style and is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge with a large freezer compartment and a small seating area. From here you also have direct access to the balcony - perfect for a coffee in the sun.
The bathroom is simple and practical, with a bathtub to relax in after a long day.

You don't have to plan for any additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (WLAN & network).

Location

The attractive location in Altona Nord is hard to beat. Everything you need for your daily needs is practically on your doorstep and with first-class public transport connections, you can reach any destination quickly from here. The Emilienstraße subway station and Holstenstraße S-Bahn station are just a few minutes' walk away. The popular Osterstraße in neighboring Eimsbüttel, with its diverse range of restaurants, cafés and small stores, as well as the annual Osterstraße festival and the famous Schanzenviertel, with even more trendy meeting places and cultural offerings, e.g. in the new Flora, are also in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. For a short trip into the countryside, Alsenpark is just around the corner.
