Our shared apartment is a new venture—that means you'll be moving in at the same time and we'll be starting a new chapter together! 🏠✨ So you have the chance to be there from the beginning and help shape life in the shared apartment. Whether it's cooking together 🍝 or just a cozy evening.

It's important to us that we don't want a functional flat share, but a friendly, relaxed community 🫶 We are looking for lovely people who are open-minded, get along well, and have a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼🧽.

Room

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained apartment building in northern Hamburg-Altona, just a few minutes' walk from the Holstenstraße S-Bahn station 🚉 – ideal for an easy start to the day 🙌

The two rooms are between 14.5 and 17 square meters in size and are pleasantly flooded with light thanks to the large windows. Since they are unfurnished, you can design and furnish them according to your own ideas.

Room 1: 14.5 square meters – $1,000 Room 2: 17 square meters – $1,000

The functional kitchen is superbly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, including a washing machine 🧺 – everything you need for everyday life 👍 The bright bathroom with natural light has a shower 🚿 and offers enough space for all your important bathroom essentials 🧴 💡 Utilities & extras
There are no hidden costs. Utilities, TV, internet, network, and WiFi are already included in the rent. Simply move in and feel at home. The apartment is currently receiving its final touches and is being completely renovated with great care – soon it will shine in new splendor.

Location

Prime location in Altona – right in the heart of things! 🏙️🚲 The famous Stresemannstraße runs through the northern part of Hamburg-Altona – one of the liveliest and most densely populated districts in the city 🌆. Here you'll find everything you need right around the corner: At the nearby Mercado 🛍️ or in the trendy Schanzenviertel 🎶☕, you can shop, stroll, and feast to your heart's content. And the "Neue Flora 🎭" musical theater is also nearby, which has a large Edeka 🛒 supermarket – convenient for your weekly shopping!

The transport connections are excellent 🚉🚏: in just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the Holstenstraße S-Bahn station (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) – perfect for getting around Hamburg quickly and easily. Several bus stops 🚌 are also located nearby.

And thanks to the central location, many things can also be done conveniently on foot or by bike 🚶‍♂️🚴‍♀️ – relax and enjoy Altona!
