17 sqm shared room for 01.06. in a nice 2-person shared flat in Hamburg Altona

I'm Pierre, I'm from France and I'm looking for a new flatmate. I work and do sports in my spare time, I play handball and sail. When I'm not on the road, I'm available for a cozy evening with board games and cooking together.

We don't want to share a flat for the sake of it, but to live together with someone who fits in well, is friendly and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly approach, privacy is a top priority so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in northern Hamburg Altona.

The light-flooded, vacant room is about 17 square meters in size and can be furnished as it is unfurnished, completely according to your own wishes and design.
The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including freezer, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. From it also goes off the balcony, which is available to both residents.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional utilities. They, like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone with landline flat, are included in the stated all-inclusive rent.

Location

The well-known Stresemannstraße is partly located in the northern part of Hamburg-Altona.
Altona is one of the most densely built-up districts of Hamburg and has an excellent infrastructure. In the nearby shopping center Mercado or the Schanzenviertel there are many shopping opportunities and gastronomic offers. In the neighboring musical theater, the Neue Flora, there is a large Edeka supermarket.
The public transport connections around the property are very good. The Holstenstraße S-Bahn stop (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) is a 5-minute walk away, and several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. Due to the very central location, most of the ways can be done comfortably on foot or by bike.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
