We’re looking for friendly roommates to join our new shared apartment and help create a relaxed and harmonious home together.

Since this is a brand-new shared apartment, you’ll have the chance to help shape how we live together right from the start—whether that means cooking together 🍝, game nights, working out, or just enjoying friendly interactions in everyday life.

It’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable and that treating each other with respect is a given.

We’re looking for open-minded, reliable people who enjoy friendly interactions and value cleanliness and consideration 🧽.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building in northern Hamburg-Altona. 📍

The 12 m² room that’s becoming available is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light. 🌞 Since it’s unfurnished, you can furnish and decorate it entirely to your own taste. 🛏️

The kitchen has a modern design in light gray and white and is fully equipped. 🍳 It features a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. There’s also a cozy sitting area that’s perfect for sharing meals or enjoying a cup of coffee together. ☕ From the kitchen area, you have direct access to the balcony, which both roommates can use. ☀️

The bathroom is modern, simple, and functional, offering everything you need: a shower 🚿 and a sink.

💶 Best of all: there are no additional utility costs. The flat-rate rent already includes internet (Wi-Fi & LAN) 🌐, TV 📺, a phone with a landline flat rate ☎️, and all utility costs. This gives you full control over your expenses. 😊

Location

The apartment is located on Stresemannstraße in northern Hamburg-Altona—in a central location with excellent transportation links. 🚉

Altona is one of Hamburg’s most popular and vibrant neighborhoods and offers excellent amenities. In the surrounding area, you’ll find plenty of shopping options 🛍️, cafés ☕, restaurants 🍽️, and bars 🍹.

The Mercado shopping center and the popular Schanzenviertel are just a short trip away and are perfect for shopping, strolling, or going out. 🎉 There’s also a large EDEKA supermarket 🛒 in the Neue Flora—ideal for your daily shopping.

Public transportation connections are also excellent! 🚆 The Holstenstraße S-Bahn station (S1, S3, S11, S21, and S31) is just a 5-minute walk away. Several bus stops 🚌 are also located right nearby.

From the Holstenstraße S-Bahn station, you can reach Hamburg Central Station in about:
