I am Pierre and I am looking for a new roommate. I am working and in my spare time I am active in sports, playing handball and sailing. If I am not on the road, I am for a cozy WG - evening with board games and cooking together to have.

We don't want a community of convenience, but a nice living together with a person who fits well, is sympathetic and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is writ large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself once in a while.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in northern Hamburg Altona.

The light-flooded, vacant room is about 17 square meters in size and can be furnished as it is unfurnished, completely according to your own wishes and design.
The kitchen in classic style, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including freezer, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. From it also goes off the balcony, which is available to both residents.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional utilities. They, like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone with landline flat, are included in the stated all-inclusive rent.

Location

The well-known Stresemannstraße is partly located in the northern part of Hamburg-Altona.
Altona is one of the most densely built-up districts of Hamburg and has an excellent infrastructure. In the nearby shopping center Mercado or the Schanzenviertel there are many shopping opportunities and gastronomic offers. In the neighboring musical theater, the Neue Flora, there is a large Edeka supermarket.
The public transport connections around the property are very good. The Holstenstraße S-Bahn stop (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) is a 5-minute walk away, and several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. Due to the very central location, most of the ways can be done comfortably on foot or by bike.
