Unfurnished 13 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.07. in Hamburg Altona

We are looking for a new, friendly and open-minded person with whom we can chat, share a hobby or two and chill out on our terrace in the summer. We work or study, like to go out with friends, are active in all kinds of sports, read the odd book, enjoy going to the movies or watching films at home.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in northern Hamburg Altona, not far from the S-Bahn Holstenstraße.

The room is about 13 sqm, has a beautiful wooden floor and is very bright due to the large window. As it is generously cut and offers enough space for bed, wardrobe, desk.... The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer and has a cozy sitting area. The modern bathroom has a window and offers a shower to freshen up.
On the terrace residents meet to ring in the evening.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The well-known Stresemannstraße is partly located in the northern part of Hamburg-Altona.
Altona is one of the most densely built-up districts of Hamburg and has an excellent infrastructure. In the nearby shopping center Mercado or the Schanzenviertel there are many shopping opportunities and gastronomic offers. In the neighboring musical theater, the Neue Flora, there is a large Edeka supermarket.
The public transport connections around the property are very good. The Holstenstraße S-Bahn stop (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) is a 5-minute walk away, and several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. Due to the very central location, most trips can be easily made on foot or by bike.
