Unfurnished 13 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.04. in Hamburg Altona

Hey everyone!

We are Cathleen (23) and Darius (23) and are looking for an open, friendly person who would like to help shape our shared flat life. We are looking forward to meeting someone with whom we can exchange ideas, perhaps discover common hobbies and sit together on our terrace in the summer.

We work or study, enjoy spending time with friends and are active in sports - be it skiing, going to the gym or diving. We also enjoy reading, going to the movies and cooking together.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in northern Hamburg-Altona, not far from the S-Bahn Holstenstraße.

The bright room is approx. 13 square meters in size, has a beautiful wooden floor and is flooded with daylight through the large window. The spacious layout offers enough room for a bed, wardrobe and desk.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. A cozy seating area invites you to eat and linger together. The modern bathroom has a window and a shower.

A special highlight is the terrace, where the residents like to meet up to enjoy the evening together.

There are no service charges. They are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network & WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The well-known Stresemannstraße is partly located in the northern part of Hamburg-Altona.
Altona is one of the most densely built-up districts of Hamburg and has an excellent infrastructure. In the nearby shopping center Mercado or the Schanzenviertel there are many shopping opportunities and gastronomic offers. In the neighboring musical theater, the Neue Flora, there is a large Edeka supermarket.
The public transport connections around the property are very good. The Holstenstraße S-Bahn stop (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) is a 5-minute walk away, and several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. Due to the very central location, most trips can be easily made on foot or by bike.

If you feel that this suits you, and you are between 18 - 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, then please send us your application. We do not accept pets and it is important to us that you move in alone.
