I am Aleksandra (30) and I am looking for a new roommate on 01.07. I am working and in my free time I am active in climbing and hiking. When I'm not on the road, I'm available for a cozy shared flat evening with board games.

We do not want a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence with a person who fits well, is sympathetic and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the northern Hamburg Altona.
It has 2 rooms, which were newly renovated in October 2022.
The light-flooded, vacating room is about 12 square meters in size and, since it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes.
The kitchen in a classic style in light grey / white, is equipped with a ceramic hob with an associated extractor hood, fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher and a comfortable seating area. From it also goes the balcony, which is available to both residents.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional additional costs. They, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone with fixed-line flat, are included in the indicated flat-rate rent.

Location

The well-known Stresemannstraße is partly located in the northern Hamburg-Altona.
Altona is one of the most densely built-up districts of Hamburg and has an excellent infrastructure. In the nearby shopping center Mercado or the Schanzenviertel there are many shopping and gastronomic offers. In the neighbouring musical theatre, the Neue Flora, there is a large Edeka supermarket.
The connection to public transport around the property is very good. The S-Bahn stop Holstenstraße (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. Due to the very central location, most of the trails can be easily done on foot or by bike.
