In our beautiful 4-room shared flat, 2 rooms are available and we are looking for you for that...
We are Timon and Katya. Both 22 years old and both students.
In our free time we do sports or play board games, read, draw, are interested in art and meet friends, go to concerts or watch Netflix.
We are looking for a person who is just as open as we are and wants to discover Hamburg together. We would be pleased about sympathetic and open-minded applicants who have a healthy sense of cleanliness. A dishwasher and a washing machine are of course available ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the northern Hamburg Altona, not far from the S-Bahn Holstenstraße.
The room is about 10 square meters and very bright due to the large window. Since it is furnished, there is no stress when buying furniture. Just unpack the suitcases and live. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area. The spacious bathroom has a shower and enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The well-known Stresemannstraße is partly located in the northern Hamburg-Altona.
Altona is one of the most densely built-up districts of Hamburg and has an excellent infrastructure. In the nearby shopping center Mercado or the Schanzenviertel there are many shopping and gastronomic offers. In the neighbouring musical theatre, the Neue Flora, there is a large Edeka supermarket.
The connection to public transport around the property is very good. The S-Bahn stop Holstenstraße (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. Due to the very central location, most of the trails can be easily done on foot or by bike.
