We are looking for two new friendly and open-minded people with whom we can exchange ideas, share one or two hobbies and chill out on our terrace in the summer. Darius and Anna will stay in the shared flat. We work or study, like to go out with friends, do all kinds of sports, read the odd book, go to the movies or watch films at home.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in northern Hamburg Altona, not far from the S-Bahn Holstenstraße.

The light-flooded room is approx. 13 sqm in size and very bright thanks to the large window.
As it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and large fridge. There is a seating area for cozy evenings in the shared flat. The spacious bathroom has a shower and enough space for the utensils you need.


There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as are access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The well-known Stresemannstraße is partly located in the northern part of Hamburg-Altona.
Altona is one of the most densely built-up districts of Hamburg and has an excellent infrastructure. In the nearby shopping center Mercado or the Schanzenviertel there are many shopping opportunities and gastronomic offers. In the neighboring musical theater, the Neue Flora, there is a large Edeka supermarket.
The public transport connections around the property are very good. The Holstenstraße S-Bahn stop (S1, S3, S11, S21, S31) is a 5-minute walk away, and several bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. Due to the very central location, most trips can be easily made on foot or by bike.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared apartment for at least 6 months. In addition, you move in alone and have no pets.
