The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building in the beautiful Barmbek neighborhood of Hamburg. 🏡

The bright and cozy room measures 19 m², has a practical layout, and offers plenty of space for a bedroom, living area, and workspace. 🛏️

It’s lovingly furnished and exudes a pleasant, homey atmosphere—perfect for feeling right at home from the start and settling in quickly. ✨

The washing machine is located right in the kitchen, which has everything you need for daily life. 🧺

The modern bathroom is compact and functional, featuring a shower and a sink—perfect for a fresh start to the day. 🚿

The bus stop is right outside the front door and takes you to the Barmbek S-Bahn and U-Bahn station in about 7 minutes—from there, you can reach the main train station in 15 minutes.
Alternatively, you can walk about 10 minutes to the Alter Teichweg U-Bahn station (U1) or the Friedrichsberg S-Bahn station (S1/S11).
