In our free time, we like to stay active: whether it’s hiking, hitting the gym, or going for a swim—exercise and balance are just part of our lifestyle.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building in the beautiful Barmbek/Eilbek neighborhood of Hamburg. 🏡

The bright and cozy room measures 19 m², has a practical layout, and offers plenty of space for a sleeping, living, and work area. 🛏️

It’s lovingly furnished and exudes a pleasant, homey atmosphere—perfect for feeling comfortable right from the start and settling in quickly. ✨

The washing machine is located right in the kitchen, which has everything you need for daily life. 🧺

The modern bathroom is compact and functional, featuring a shower and a sink—perfect for a fresh start to your day. 🚿

And best of all: you don’t have to worry about additional utility costs, because they’re already fully included in the flat-rate rent. 🔥

TV and high-speed internet with Wi-Fi and Ethernet are also included, so you can get started right away. 📶

In addition to its proximity to the Outer Alster and the city park—perfect for walking, jogging, or just unwinding 🌳—the neighborhood offers everything you need for everyday life: supermarkets, cozy cafes, delicious restaurants, and the shopping centers Hamburger Meile and Wandsbeker Quarree are just a short trip away 🛍️

The public transportation connections also leave nothing to be desired:
The bus stop is right outside the front door and takes you to the Barmbek S-Bahn and U-Bahn station in about 7 minutes—from there, you can reach the main train station in 15 minutes.
Alternatively, you can walk about 10 minutes to the Alter Teichweg U-Bahn station (U1) or the Friedrichsberg S-Bahn station (S1/S11).
