16 sqm room in a nice 3-person shared flat for 01.08. in Hamburg Barmbek-Süd

We are Marie-Louise (21) and Renée (27). Renee has already started her career and Marie-Louise is still a student.


We enjoy sports such as horse riding, diving, sailing and swimming. We also enjoy baking and cooking and would be happy to spend an evening or two together.
Our aim is not to live together for a purpose, but to live together with people who are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness (keeping to a cleaning schedule).

Room

The 3 room apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Barmbek. The bright room is about 16 sqm and since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. The spacious full bathroom offers enough space for all the necessary utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are like is the access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

With its location between Uhlenhorst and Winterhude, the small district of Barmbek-Süd is very much on the rise - and for good reason: The neighborhood not only offers good shopping opportunities, such as the Hamburger Meile, restaurants and cozy corner pubs - here, thanks to the proximity to the Außenalster and Stadtpark, you can easily find peace and recharge your batteries at any time. This makes the location an absolute insider tip! The WG room is also suitable due to a good connection to the public transport network. The subway station Dehnhaide is about 200 meters away and thus within walking distance. From here you can reach Hamburg's main train station in 15 minutes, with all its local and long-distance connections.
