We’re Leo (27) and Kilian (23), and we have two rooms available.

It’s important to us that we’re more than just a functional roommate arrangement. We’re looking for a relaxed, friendly living situation where we can count on each other—whether it’s doing the dishes or having dinner together 🍝✨

In our free time, we like to stay active: whether hiking, at the gym, or swimming—exercise and balance are just part of our lifestyle.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building in beautiful Hamburg Barmbek/Eilbek. The bright room is approximately 13 square meters in size, has a practical layout, and offers enough space for a sleeping, living, and working area.
It is lovingly furnished and exudes a cozy atmosphere – perfect for arriving and feeling at home 🤗✨

The washing machine is located right in the kitchen, which offers everything you need. The modern bathroom is compact and functional – with a shower and sink, ideal for a fresh start to the day. Utilities? No problem! They are already included in the flat rent – as are TV and internet (Wi-Fi + LAN).

The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building in beautiful Hamburg Barmbek/Eilbek

What makes Eilbek so special?
In addition to its proximity to the Outer Alster Lake and the city park - perfect for walking, jogging or simply relaxing 🌳🚲 - the district offers everything you need for everyday life: supermarkets, cozy cafés, delicious restaurants and the Hamburger Meile and Wandsbeker Quarree shopping centers are within easy reach 🛍️🍕☕

The transport connections also leave nothing to be desired 🚉🚌:

The bus stop is right outside the front door and takes you to the Barmbek S-Bahn and U-Bahn station in around 7 minutes - from there you can be at the main train station in 15 minutes.
Alternatively, you can reach the Alter Teichweg subway station (U1) or the Friedrichsberg S-Bahn station (S1/S11) in around 10 minutes on foot.
In short: Super connected, in a green location and with all the trimmings - Eilbek perfectly combines city life and tranquillity 🌆
