A light-flooded room of approx. 13 m² is available in our beautiful apartment in an old building! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Barmbek-Süd, not far from the Alster.

The room is unfurnished, so you can design it entirely according to your own ideas. A special highlight is the beautiful floorboards, which give the apartment its old building charm.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a and offers a cozy seating area for evenings together. The bathroom with natural light offers plenty of space for all important utensils.

Barmbek and neighboring Winterhude are not only impressive because of their central location, but also because of their proximity to green oases such as the Alster and Hamburg City Park, which are just a few minutes' walk away. The city center and the Reeperbahn are also within easy reach.

There are numerous cafés, bars and clubs right on the doorstep, which make the district lively. The atmosphere is relaxed and the neighborhood is considered friendly and open-minded.
