I am happy about new roommates for 01.10. in this beautiful 3er WG. I do not want a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. More members for our relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

In our wonderful old apartment, a wonderfully bright, about 13 sqm room becomes available! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Alsternähe in the beautiful Barmbek Süd. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the still beautiful plank floor. In the kitchen, in addition to a dishwasher, there is also a cozy sitting area for all residents. The day-lit bathroom has enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

Barmbek and the adjacent Winterhude is not only characterized by its central location. In a few minutes you are at the Alster or in the Hamburg city park. Hamburg city centre or the Reeperbahn are also within easy reach. Many sweet cafes, bars, clubs you have partly on the doorstep and the inhabitants are here it's friendly and in a good mood.
The apartment is located a few minutes away to the Kampnagel factory. Where many events, as well as concerts take place.
Mühlenkamp has, among other things, a penny market, various bakers, restaurants and bars.
You can reach the Hamburger Meile even earlier and find, in the longest shopping center in Europe, all shopping facilities, doctors and a cinema.

The bus line 25/606 is less than 100m away. The Mundsburg underground station can be reached by bike in 5 minutes, by bus in 7.
