The two students Marilu (24) and Ida (23) are looking for you. They are interested in sports (swimming, cycling, jogging), cooking, traveling, reading and meeting their friends.

We don't want a partnership of convenience, but a nice life together with people who fit together well, are likeable and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for a relaxed, fun, talkative and somewhat adventurous flat share. People who also enjoy cooking together, drinking wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

N our wonderful old building apartment becomes a wonderfully bright, approx. 13 sqm large room free! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building near the Alster in the beautiful Barmbek South. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the still beautiful floorboards. In the kitchen, in addition to a dishwasher, there is also a cozy seating area for all residents. The daylight bathroom has enough space for needed utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

Barmbek and the adjacent Winterhude are not only characterized by their central location. In just a few minutes' walk you can be at the Alster or in Hamburg's city park. Hamburg's city center or the Reeperbahn are also within easy reach. Many cute cafes, bars, clubs you have partly in front of the door and the residents are here's friendly and good-humored.
The apartment is located a few minutes away from the Kampnagel factory. Where many events, as well as concerts take place.
At Mühlenkamp you have among other things, a Penny market, various bakers, restaurants and bars.
The Hamburger Meile you reach even earlier and find, in the longest shopping center in Europe, also all shopping facilities, doctors and a cinema.

The bus line 25/606 is less than 100m away. The subway stop Mundsburg can be reached by bike in 5 minutes, by bus in 7.
