We are Paula (24) and Kim (31) both working and would be happy if you also have a sense of order, communicate topics openly, enjoy interacting and are ideally also working.

Our aim is not to make it a partnership of convenience, but to have a nice life together, with a quiet lifestyle (keeping quiet times), reliable, likeable and open-minded and a healthy sense of cleanliness (keeping to a cleaning schedule).

Room

The room is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Barmbek. It is about 21sqm, and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Another highlight is balcony, which is located on the garden side and guarantees a beautiful view. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. The spacious full bathroom offers enough space for all the necessary utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are, like the access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat), included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

With its location between Uhlenhorst and Winterhude, the small district of Barmbek-Süd is very much on the rise - and for good reason: The neighborhood not only offers good shopping opportunities, such as the Hamburger Meile, restaurants and cozy corner pubs - here, thanks to the proximity to the Außenalster and Stadtpark, you can easily find peace and recharge your batteries at any time. This makes the location an absolute insider tip! The WG room is also suitable due to a good connection to the public transport network. The subway station Dehnhaide is about 200 meters away and thus within walking distance. From here you can reach Hamburg's main train station in 15 minutes, with all its local and long-distance connections.
