Moin dear seekers... This nice WG near the Alster mixes new and has to 01.09. still a furnished room free.

The two students Marilu (24) and Johanna (19) have moved in last year in October ;-) They are interested in sports (swimming, cycling, jogging and bouldering), cooking, traveling, reading and like to meet their friends.

We don't want a community of convenience, but a nice cohabitation of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for relaxed, fun, talkative and also a little adventurous WG. People who also feel like cooking together sometimes have a wine or beer together and spend evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is important despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Barmbek South and has a great furnished, about 10 sqm large, bright room available soon.
It is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, curtains, mirror and coat hooks. Just unpack and live ;-) The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, as well as a large refrigerator and has a cozy sitting area to together as WG, let the day end. The spacious bathroom offers enough space for needed utensils.

There are no additional costs. It is, like access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat), included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

Barmbek and the adjacent Winterhude are not only characterized by their central location. In just a few minutes' walk you can be at the Alster or in Hamburg's city park. Hamburg's city center or the Reeperbahn are also within easy reach. Many cute cafes, bars, clubs you have partly in front of the door and the residents are here's friendly and good-humored.
The apartment is located a few minutes away from the Kampnagel factory. Where many events, as well as concerts take place.
At Mühlenkamp you have among other things, a Penny market, various bakers, restaurants and bars.
The Hamburger Meile you reach even earlier and find, in the longest shopping center in Europe, also all shopping facilities, doctors and a cinema.

The bus line 25/606 is less than 100m away. The subway stop Mundsburg can be reached by bike in 5 minutes, by bus in 7.
