The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Barmbek Süd 🏡, and a gorgeous, bright room measuring about 10 square meters will be available soon 🌞.

It’s fully furnished with everything you need—just unpack your bags and move in!

Our kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator 🧊—and of course, there’s a cozy sitting area, perfect for hanging out and chatting together in the evening ☕.
The bathroom is nice and spacious 🚿 and offers plenty of room for all your stuff 🧼.

Utility bills? None! TV and internet (Wi-Fi) 📶 are all included in the flat-rate rent ✅.

Barmbek and the neighboring Winterhude are among Hamburg’s most popular neighborhoods 🏙️

They’re appealing not only because of their central location but also because of their proximity to beautiful green spaces 🌳 like the Alster and Hamburg City Park, which are just a few minutes’ walk away

Hamburg’s downtown and the Reeperbahn 🎶 are also within easy reach and offer plenty of options for leisure, shopping, and nightlife.

Right on your doorstep, you’ll find numerous cafés ☕, bars 🍹, and clubs that make the neighborhood especially lively.

The atmosphere is relaxed, and the neighborhood is known for being friendly and welcoming.

Just a few minutes away is the famous Kampnagel Factory—one of Hamburg’s most important cultural venues. Concerts, theater performances, and exciting events take place there regularly.
