We are Lea (21) trainee from Malchin, Alexander (27) Project engineer from Berlin and Paul (20) trainee from Papenburg. In our free time we like to do sports, play handball and football and go jogging. Read, meditate, cook or gamble for a round. Otherwise we like to meet with friends or discover Hamburg. After work, we meet more often in the kitchen and review the day, cook together or just chat. We have a relaxed atmosphere and no one is forced to participate in anything. We like it clean and tidy, but who doesn't. Maybe you share one or the other hobby or just bring a few more with you. We are open to new things...

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Barmbek / Eilbek. The bright room is about 13 square meters and faces the courtyard. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The washing machine is located in the kitchen. In the spacious shower room there is enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

With its location between Barmbek and Dulsberg, the small district of Eilbek is very popular - and for good reason: the district not only offers good shopping facilities, such as the Hamburger Meile or the Wandsbeker Quarree, restaurants and cozy corner pubs - thanks to the proximity to the Alster Lake and the city park, you can easily recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries at any time. This makes the location an absolute insider tip! The shared room is also suitable due to a good connection to the public transport network. The underground and S-Bahn station Barmbek is about 1000 meters away and can therefore be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Otherwise, the bus stop is right outside the front door and will take you there in about 7 minutes. From here you can be at Hamburg Central Station in 15 minutes, with all its connections by local and long-distance transport. Alternatively, you need to walk 10 minutes to the subway Alter Teichweg (U1), as well as S-Bahn Friedrichsberg (S1 / S11).
