there are two rooms available in our shared flat

We are Hannah (21) and Felix (22). In our free time, we like sports, cooking, music and sound engineering and meeting friends. We don't want to share a flat for a specific purpose, but to live together with people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment in which the room on offer is located has a total of 4 rooms and is on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt. The room has 12 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. As it is unfurnished, you can furnish it entirely according to your wishes and needs. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and a cozy seating area with TV. Get ready for work or the evening in the day-lit shower room.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

Druckerstraße is a quiet side street in the eastern part of Hamburg and is only one train stop away from the popular Billstedt shopping center. In 5 minutes you can walk to the subway station Merkenstraße from where you can reach the main station in 10 minutes. Also within 500 meters are an Aldi, kiosk, beverage market and snack bar. The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores you can find everything your heart desires.

With the U2 from Merkenstraße all destinations are quickly reached:
Merkenstraße -> Billstedt = 2 minutes
Merkenstraße -> Berliner Tor = 10 minutes
Merkenstraße -> Central Station = 11 minutes
Merkenstraße -> Airport = 40 minutes

Miscellaneous
