Furnished 9 sqm shared room for 01.04. in Hamburg Billstedt

Hi there are two furnished rooms available in our beautiful shared flat... one for 01.04. and one for 01.07.

We are Nele (20) and Max (24). We are both working and in our free time we like to do sports, play the violin and piano and discover Hamburg, meet friends, are creative in painting, knitting or sewing. Everyone can cook or just chill for themselves. Maybe you share one or the other hobby with us or inspire us for something new. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located in the attic of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt. The bright room is about 9 square meters and since it is furnished, you live immediately after unpacking the suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area with a TV. The washing machine is housed in the day-lit shower room, which also has enough space for necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt convinces with the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
Garden areas. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports facilities can be practiced or simply switched off after work on longer walks.
The Boberger Niederung Nature Reserve and Lake Boberger can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the countryside, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedtcenter is 5 minutes away by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 shops you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 takes 10 minutes to ist Central Station and thus to the city center.
