Furnished 10 sqm room in a nice flat-sharing community with 4 flats to 01.09. in Hamburg Billstedt

Hello dear seekers...
In our house some rooms become free and one of them with us on the ground floor.

We are Sylvester (20), Janos (19) and Felix (20). We are a bunch of students and workers and in our free time we like to do sports, cook, like music and sound engineering, are handy and meet our friends. We don't want a community of convenience, but a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for this relaxed, fun, talkative and also somewhat adventurous WG. A person who also feels like cooking together sometimes having a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is written large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for themselves.

Room

The apartment is a nice and centrally located shared flat for 4 people on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.
The bright room is about 10sqm and furnished, which makes moving in wonderfully uncomplicated and easy. Suitcase in, unpack and live ;-)
The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The washing machine is located in the shower room, where there is also enough space for needed utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

Druckerstraße is a quiet side street in the eastern part of Hamburg and is only one train stop away from the popular Billstedt shopping center. In 5 minutes you can walk to the subway station Merkenstraße from where you can reach the main station in 10 minutes. Also within 500 meters are an Aldi, kiosk, beverage market and snack bar. The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores you can find everything your heart desires.

With the U2 from Merkenstraße all destinations are quickly reached:
Merkenstraße -> Billstedt = 2 minutes
Merkenstraße -> Berliner Tor = 10 minutes
Merkenstraße -> Central Station = 11 minutes
Merkenstraße -> Airport = 40 minutes
