Hi, there are two rooms available in our beautiful shared flat....

We are Nele and Marko. We both work and in our free time we like to do sports, play the violin and piano, discover Hamburg, meet friends, be creative by painting, knitting or sewing. We also like to cook or just chill out on our own. Maybe you'll share a hobby or two with us or inspire us to try something new. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.
The bright room is approx. 13 square meters in size and as it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The washing machine is housed in the day-lit shower room, which also has enough space for the necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate)

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive green spaces.

The Boberger Niederung nature reserve and the Boberger See lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, the shortest route to the countryside is a stroll through Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings are also ideal for cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center is 5 minutes away by car or bicycle.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores, you will find everything your heart desires.

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From here, the U2 takes you to the main station in 10 minutes and thus to the city center.
