Hello, we are Simon (22), architecture student from Heidenheim, Johann (20) Apprentice from Lübeck and Julia (19) trainee Operations assistant from the town of Salzwedel. Our dear roommate's moving out and we are looking for a new in the bunch. We would be delighted to have a sympathetic and open-minded Person who stays for at least 6 months, no upper limits are set. We are in our spare time, active in sports, go to the gym or play Tennis, like to go to concerts and Festivals, meeting friends, cooking, discovering Hamburg and watch Netflix. A healthy sense of cleanliness, we assume (dishwasher and washing machine and dryer available).

Room

The room is about 13sqm in size and flooded with natural light through the large window wonderful.

Each of the rooms, as well as all other areas of the apartment have just been renovated in fresh, includes:
- New floor in the entire apartment.
Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- New Bathroom
- Network-, telephone - and TV connection in every room, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the flat rate included

Location

The pressure road is a quiet side street in the Eastern part of Hamburg and only a train station away from the popular shopping center Billstedt. In a 5-minute walk to the subway station notice the road from where you is in 10 minutes at the Central station. Also, an Aldi, a Kiosk, a beverage market and Snack bar are located within a radius of 500 meters. The Billstedt-Center is the largest Shopping Center in Hamburg's Southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

With the U2 of remember road all the targets are reached quickly:
Street -> notice; Billstedt = 2 minutes
