Unfurnished 11 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.03. in Hamburg Billstedt

Hello to all seekers. We have a room available in our shared flat.

We are Ricardo, Valantina and Ian (both moving in now in February). We are students or work. In our free time we like to go to the gym, skiing or jogging. We also like to play games, love art or go out with our friends.
If you're not interested in a purpose-built flat share, perhaps you have the same or other hobbies and have no problem swinging a cleaning rag, we'd love to get to know you.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the quiet Druckerstraße in Hamburg Billstedt.

The vacant room is approx. 11 square meters in size and is wonderfully flooded with light through the two windows. As it is unfurnished and has a square layout, it can be individually furnished as desired. The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and large fridge and has a seating area for eating or sitting together with a TV.

The house also has a garden. The owner has set up a pavilion for all the residents of the house. Here everyone can sit together and round off the evening.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt is convincing due to the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports activities can be pursued or you can simply switch off after work on longer walks.
The nature reserve Boberger Niederung and the Boberger Lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the green, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are 5 minutes away on foot. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or a round of swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. To the Billstedtcenter it is 5 minutes by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 runs in 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center.
