We’re Max (26), Jean-Louis (32), and Daniel (28), and we all have full-time jobs. In our free time, we enjoy staying active, are passionate about cooking, and love hanging out with friends. 🍝

We look forward to cooking together, cozy evenings, and just chilling out, but we also enjoy having some time to ourselves. 🛋️

The apartment is located on the top floor of a well-maintained apartment building on a quiet street. 🏡

The bright room measures 12 m² and comes fully furnished, so you can move in and feel right at home as soon as you unpack your bags. 🛋️

In the cozy kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher and a comfortable seating area with a TV—perfect for cooking together or relaxing movie nights. 🍿

The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine and also offers plenty of space for all your bathroom essentials. ✨

Utility bills? None at all!
TV and internet (wired and Wi-Fi) are already included in the flat-rate rent—simple, transparent, and fair. 🌐

If you’re looking for even more greenery: Öjendorfer Park is right nearby—here you can work out, take a walk, or simply unwind
And you can reach the beautiful Boberger Niederung nature reserve, home to Boberger Lake, in just 10 minutes by bike 🌾

When it comes to shopping, you’ll be spoiled for choice: plenty of supermarkets, doctors’ offices, and banks are right around the corner.
The Billstedt-Center, the largest shopping center in southeast Hamburg with over 120 stores, is just a 5-minute drive or bike ride away

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. From there, the U2 will take you to Hamburg Central Station in about 10 minutes—so you can get to downtown super fast! 🏙️
