Beautiful 4-flat in the attic - freshly renovated - in 10 min. in the city center

Hi in our beautiful 4er WG two rooms are free, as our dear roommates unfortunately move out. We are Fabienne (20) Call center agent from Soltau, who likes to bake and cook, do sports and read and Randy (27) logistician who also likes to cook and fitness. We like to do sports, we also like to discover Hamburg, meet friends, cook or just chill out for yourself. Maybe you share one or the other hobby with us or inspire us for something new. You should want to stay at least 6 months! We are happy to make a video or live visit with you, just get in touch, we look forward to getting to know you ;)

Room

The room is approx. 13 sq. m. large, Unfurnished, and light flooded through the large window wonderful.
Each of the rooms, as well as all other areas of the apartment have just been renovated in fresh, includes:
- New floor in the entire apartment.
Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- New Bathroom
- Network-, telephone - and TV connection in every room, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the flat rate included

Location

The pressure road is a quiet side street in the Eastern part of Hamburg and only a train station away from the popular shopping center Billstedt. In a 5-minute walk to the subway station notice the road from where you is in 10 minutes at the Central station. Also, an Aldi, a Kiosk, a beverage market and Snack bar are located within a radius of 500 meters. The Billstedt-Center is the largest Shopping Center in Hamburg's Southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

With the U2 of remember road all the targets are reached quickly:
Street -> notice; Billstedt = 2 minutes
Street -> notice; Berliner Tor = 10 minutes
Remember road -> station = 11 minutes
Street -> remember; the airport = 40 minutes
