Hi, we have a room available in our beautiful shared flat....

We are Nele (22), Yasmin (20) and Marko (23). We are working and in our free time we like to do sports, play the violin and piano and discover Hamburg, meet friends, are creative when painting, knitting or sewing. We also like to cook or just chill out. Maybe you'll share a hobby or two with us or inspire us to try something new. The atmosphere is relaxed and the motto is "anything goes". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The room is approx. 13 sqm in size, unfurnished and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.
Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, have just been freshly renovated, including:
- New flooring throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- New bathroom
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as WLAN in the entire apartment.
There are no additional costs and these are included in the all-inclusive rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate) is also included in the all-inclusive rent

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive green spaces.

The Boberger Niederung nature reserve and the Boberger See lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, the shortest route to the countryside is a stroll through Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings are also ideal for cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center is 5 minutes away by car or bicycle.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores, you will find everything your heart desires.

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From here, the U2 takes you to the main station in 10 minutes and thus to the city center.
