we have a room available! We - Eileen (25), Killian (26) and Julius (26) - are a relaxed and active flat share. When we're not working, we like to go to the gym, play soccer or dance. But reading, crafts and painting are also among our hobbies.

We'd like a flat share that isn't just a community of convenience, but a nice community of people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Bright shared flat in the attic - Furnished room in Hamburg Billstedt

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg-Billstedt.

The light-flooded room is approx. 10 sqm in size and already fully furnished - no stress with furniture shopping! Simply unpack your suitcase and move in. Bed, wardrobe, desk, lamps and wardrobe are available so that you can start right away.

The kitchen boasts a classic design in light shades of gray and white. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, a matching extractor hood, a fridge with a large freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A cozy seating area in the shape of a bar invites you to linger.

The modern bathroom is simple and practical - with a shower area and washbasin, it offers everything you need to start the day.

There are no additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent. TV, Internet (LAN & WLAN) and telephone connection are also included.

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt is convincing due to the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports activities can be pursued or you can simply switch off after work on longer walks.
The nature reserve Boberger Niederung and the Boberger Lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the green, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are 5 minutes away on foot. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or a round of swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. To the Billstedtcenter it is 5 minutes by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 runs in 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center.
